Edward Fitzgerald, founder of EDWARD FITZGERALD / ARCHITECTS, has over 30 years experience in the design, management and planning of residential, commercial and institutional buildings.  He holds a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of Notre Dame, with an emphasis on Urban Design.  He has worked in the office of Edward Larrabee Barnes in NYC and has lived and studied in Rome, Italy as well as travelling extensively throughout Europe, Mexico and South America..

Mr. Fitzgerald's experience includes projects in New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Kansas, Arizona and New Mexico.  He has taught and lectured at the University of New Mexico School of Architecture and Planning.

Edward Fitzgerald served as the President of the Albuquerque Chapter of the American Institute of Architects for 2007. Mr. Fitzgerald has been recognized by Albuquerque and New Mexico Chapters of the AIA for excellence in design, winning honor, merit and citation awards for projects designed by his firm.
